How to add a new device on Inkbox

Add another e-reader from Devices, pick a delivery method, and complete approval or cloud connect steps.

Steps

  1. Open Devices in the dashboard and choose Add device.
  2. Select your device type (Kindle, PocketBook, Kobo, Boox, reMarkable, or other).
  3. Choose delivery: Kindle email, PocketBook email, Dropbox, or Google Drive (options depend on the device).
  4. Enter your @kindle.com or @pbsync.com address when using email, or connect Dropbox / Google Drive for cloud sync.
  5. Complete approval steps (Amazon approved senders for Kindle; approve Inkbox after PocketBook's first email). Send a test file to confirm.

Tips

  • Free supports 1 device. Plus and Pro support up to 2 devices.
  • You can change delivery settings later from Devices → select your device.

FAQ

My Kindle never got the file. What should I check?

Confirm the @kindle.com address, add the Inkbox sender on Amazon's approved list, connect the Kindle to Wi-Fi, then resend a test from device settings.

How does PocketBook email approval work?

After the first send, PocketBook emails your account contact address. Approve Inkbox from that message, then future sends should arrive normally.
