How to forward a newsletter to your e-reader with Inkbox

Forward a newsletter email to your personal Inkbox address. We convert it and deliver it to your default device. Plus and Pro.

Steps

  1. Upgrade to Plus or Pro if you are on Free (forwarding is locked on Free).
  2. Copy your Inkbox forwarding address from the dashboard or device settings.
  3. In your email app, open a newsletter and forward it to that address.
  4. Wait for processing. Successful deliveries show up in your dashboard activity.
  5. On your e-reader, sync Wi-Fi (email delivery) or open your Dropbox / Google Drive Inkbox folder.

Tips

  • Forward the full email, not only a link, when you can. That usually converts more cleanly.
  • For hands-free delivery, set up an automatic forwarding rule (see the automatic forwarding guide).

Why is forwarding locked?

Newsletter forwarding is included on Plus and Pro. On Free you can still use Quick Send for individual articles.

Does each forward count as an article?

Yes. Each newsletter we successfully process and deliver counts toward your monthly article limit.
