How to send an article to your e-reader with Inkbox

Paste an article link in Quick Send (or use a free tool), preview if you want, and deliver a clean EPUB to your device.

Steps

  1. Set up at least one device in your dashboard (or use a free sender tool without an account).
  2. Open Quick Send, or go to Send to Kindle / Send to PocketBook on the free tools pages.
  3. Paste the article URL. For paywalled posts you can already read, switch to Paywalled article and paste the full page source while logged in.
  4. Optional: tap Preview to check formatting on a device mockup.
  5. Send. On Kindle or PocketBook email delivery, make sure Inkbox is approved as a sender. On cloud delivery, sync or open the Inkbox folder on your device.

Tips

  • Each successful send counts toward your monthly article limit. Preview alone does not.
  • Inkbox does not bypass paywalls. Paste page source only for articles you can already open.

What if the article looks incomplete?

Try Paywalled article mode: open the full post in your browser while logged in, view page source, copy all, and paste it into Inkbox.

Can I send without an account?

Yes, for Substack and Medium via the free Kindle and PocketBook tools. Create a free account for more publishers and higher limits.
