How to set up automatic forwarding of newsletters to your e-reader

Create an email rule so newsletters go to Inkbox without manual forwarding. Plus and Pro.

Steps

  1. Copy your Inkbox forwarding address from the dashboard.
  2. Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → add your Inkbox address and confirm the verification email. Then create a filter for newsletter senders and choose Forward it to your Inkbox address.
  3. Outlook on the web: Settings → Mail → Rules. Add a rule (for example From contains your newsletter sender) with action Forward to your Inkbox address.
  4. iCloud Mail: icloud.com/mail → Settings → Rules. If a message is from a sender, Forward to your Inkbox address.
  5. Send yourself a test newsletter (or wait for the next issue) and confirm it appears in dashboard activity and on your device.

Tips

  • Start with one or two trusted senders so you can verify the flow before widening the filter.
  • Magazines (Pro) have their own forwarding addresses if you want separate digests.

Can Free accounts use automatic forwarding?

No. Forwarding requires Plus or Pro. Free users can still paste links in Quick Send.

What if my provider blocks forwarding?

Complete any confirmation email from Gmail or your provider first. Some workplace accounts disable external forwarding; use a personal mailbox in that case.
